Women's Domestic Violence & Homeless Services

 

Outreach Support Program

Jenny’s Place provides Outreach Support Services in the community to women and their children who are experiencing domestic violence and/or homelessness, or are at risk of becoming homeless.

 

Our Outreach Support Team assists women and their children to navigate the housing system, advocates to help break down barriers to accessing long-term housing and refers women to a variety of support services. We provide ongoing case management, support and empowerment to women and children residing in our transitional housing properties so they can move forward in their lives and achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

 

Jenny’s Place Outreach Programs include:

 

Assistance to obtain housing,

Help to navigate the housing system,

Providing information on housing options and Housing NSW products,

Staff advocate to help break down barriers to accessing long term housing including private, community and public housing agencies,

Advocate on your behalf,

Refer you to range of specialist services to meet your and your children’s specific needs,

Support you to maintain your tenancy and prevent homelessness.
